Target has put its Pokémon 30th Anniversary collection online as part of a rollout announced in April to mark the franchise’s 30th anniversary. The range includes more than 75 Target-exclusive items. [1]
Many of the products draw on late 1990s and early 2000s styling, with collaborations that include Lip Smacker and NatureWell. Apparel makes up most of what is now available online, including Pokémon-themed T-shirts featuring Gengar, Eevee, Charizard and Jigglypuff. [1]
Target said some items are sold only in stores and others only online, giving shoppers two different ways to buy the collection. Apparel prices run from around $15 to $40. [1]
The company has also set June 6 for a second wave of products, which will add items such as training caps and Poké-kickballs. [1]
