Star Wars video games went on sale on May 4 for Star Wars Day, with GOG discounting several classics as part of the promotion. [1]
The sale includes 2004's Star Wars Battlefront, Rebel Assault 1+2, X-Wing Alliance and TIE Fighter Special Edition for $2.49 each. Other fan favorites on offer include The Complete LEGO Saga, Force Unleashed, Knights of the Old Republic 2 and Republic Commando. [1]
Robert Anderson, IGN's senior commerce editor, said of the discounts, "Not every deal has to be the best ever, and some are just good enough for most of us." [1]
Star Wars Outlaws Gold Edition is also discounted, but it is not at its lowest recent price. The game briefly fell to $32 before rising again to about $40 on Switch and Xbox, making the current deal less steep than the recent low. [1]
The Star Wars Day sales began on May 4 and remain the latest concrete promotion in the run-up to the holiday. [1]
