New Day RP has marked its 5th birthday and set out plans for 2026 for its Grand Theft Auto roleplay server. [1]
The server said it will keep its focus on accessible roleplay and community events, including open mic nights, themed gatherings and Taco Tequila Tuesday. [1]
Viv Chopper, head of the San Andreas Parks Department, said the team is “coming to the end of our last Apprentice Ranger hiring round” and that players have “probably already started spotting some of our new Rangers out in the field.” [1]
The department is working through governance changes too. The team is making tweaks to elections, public services and how departments interact, while also pushing backend changes aimed at smoothing day-to-day play. [1]
Parks hiring is also moving ahead. Parks Employee applications opened on Monday 23 March and were set to stay open until enough applications were received for review. [1]
Chopper said Parks applications would open “in a similar way” to the Ranger hiring process. Successful Parks Employee applicants then have 30 days to finish required training before Ranger applications are reviewed again. [1]
Seasonal hunting is now open, while the San Andreas Parks Department nears the end of its latest Apprentice Ranger hiring round and continues its 2026 recruitment cycle. [1]
