Arc Raiders' Riven Tides update went live today, adding a new coastal map on the Rust Belt's western shore and a slate of new features for players. [1]

The map, also called Riven Tides, includes a fading resort, a towering dockyard and an abandoned hotel named Panorama Azzurro. [1] The update also introduces the Arc Turbine, a drifting machine that turns on defenses when raiders get close. Developers said players should be ready for a “totally unique fight.” [1]

Riven Tides adds Beachcombing, a minor map condition that lets players use detector items to find buried loot in the sand. [1] It also brings new items to help with fall damage, including a crash mat and a powered descender. [1]

The update includes new cosmetics and an Avian Alarm project. [1] PS5 Pro users also get improved PSSR support, with the game set to reduce ghosting and stabilize image quality. [1]

A Last Resort event is now live and runs through May 25, when players are tasked with hunting down miniature ship models. [1] The full rundown of the update was posted on the game's official site on May 4, one day before the release. [1]
