The Premier League announced the launch of Premier League +, its first direct-to-fans streaming service globally, which will debut in Singapore next season [1, 2, 3, 4]. The service offers all 380 Premier League matches, Emirates FA Cup games, and the Community Shield [1, 2, 3, 4].

Premier League + subscriptions in Singapore will include a 24-hour pass at S$16, a monthly pass at S$44, and an annual pass priced at S$399 [1, 2, 3, 4]. The 24-hour pass grants unlimited live and on-demand access for a full day from purchase and is available on mobile and laptop devices only [1, 2, 3, 4]. The monthly pass allows rolling access with the flexibility to cancel anytime, while the annual pass offers a discounted rate equivalent to 12 months of service compared to monthly payments [1, 2, 3, 4].

The streaming platform features multi-camera views, 4K streaming quality, personalized team hubs, real-time data overlays, bespoke highlights, full replays, and a 24/7 channel produced by Premier League Studios [1, 2, 3, 4]. Users will be able to access Premier League + on mobile devices, laptops, TVs, and StarHub set-top boxes, with integration into the StarHub platform [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7].

StarHub, the Premier League’s long-term Singapore broadcast partner under a six-year agreement starting with the 2022-23 season, currently offers monthly Premier League subscription packages priced around S$40.74 for standalone EPL access and S$69.90 for the Premier+ pack [1, 3, 4, 8, 5]. Singtel TV cross-carriage of Premier League matches costs S$69.90 [8].

On May 21, StarHub announced its new Premier+ Annual pass, which launches June 1 [8, 5, 6, 7]. The pass costs S$238 for existing StarHub customers and S$380 for non-customers, giving 12 months of access to Premier League matches [8, 5, 6, 7, 9]. StarHub customers with the annual pass will also receive access to the Premier League + streaming platform [8, 5, 6, 7, 9].

Yann Courqueux, StarHub vice president of entertainment, said the Premier League + streaming service "complements very well the offering from StarHub," adding, "Every StarHub Premier League subscriber will get access to the Premier League + app. The Premier League is absolutely not trying to compete against StarHub. They want to show that we can complement without any substitution" [8]. He emphasized that the services will enhance access to the market but are "not about substituting" [8].

Paul Molnar, Premier League chief media officer, stated, "This is the first time the Premier League has launched a direct-to-fans streaming service anywhere in the world, and we are excited to provide supporters in Singapore with additional choice and new ways to experience the best league in the world." He added, "Premier League + will give fans more flexibility in how they watch, with enhanced features that bring them closer to the action, while complementing the outstanding service already provided by our valued long-term partner StarHub" [2].

Premier League + will become available exclusively in Singapore through StarHub’s app, website, connected TV platforms, and select StarHub set-top boxes on August 5, ahead of the new Premier League season, which starts August 22, 2026 [5, 6, 7, 3, 4].
