Malaysia will broadcast the 2026 FIFA World Cup free to viewers through RTM Klik, MyTV, RTM and Unifi TV, Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil said on May 13. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Fahmi said RTM and Unifi TV are Malaysia’s official broadcast platforms for the tournament, which will be held in the United States, Mexico and Canada. [1, 2, 3, 5, 6]

He said all 104 matches will be shown on RTM and Unifi TV, and said the arrangement follows strategic cooperation with Unifi, CelcomDigi and U Mobile. [7, 8, 9, 4, 5, 6]

Fahmi also urged RTM and Unifi TV to review their broadcast plans and avoid too many restrictions that could affect the viewing experience. He said it was the first free World Cup broadcast for all Malaysians in 20 years. [1, 2, 3]
