A shooting at a party near Arcadia Lake outside Oklahoma City sent at least 13 people to hospitals on Sunday night, Edmond police said. Officers got reports of shots being fired at about 9 p.m. at a gathering of young people. [1]
Police said no arrests had been made as of late Sunday. Victims were in various conditions, and police did not give a full breakdown of injuries. [1]
Edmond police spokesperson Emily Ward said investigators were trying to find the suspects and were speaking with victims and witnesses across the metro. “This is obviously a very terrifying situation and we understand the concern from the public and those involved and we are working extremely hard to find the suspects,” Ward said.
